Our group Pilates sessions offer a structured, full-body workout in a supportive and motivating environment. Personally led by Melissa, each class focuses on controlled movement, breath, and alignment to build core strength, improve posture, and enhance flexibility.
Classes are designed to suit a range of abilities, with clear guidance and options provided throughout. Using either mat-based exercises or studio equipment, group Pilates combines individual attention with the energy of a shared class, making it an effective and engaging way to move well, build strength, and improve overall body awareness.
